Meet Elle

*clears throat* Hi. I'm Helen, but you probably already know that. Now on to things you might not know.

I'm sixteen, going on seventeen (*starts humming Sound of Music*). I live in Anchorage, Alaska, with my  three little brothers and my pretty awesome parents. My favorite color rotates between navy blue, bright green, and red. I'm Roman Catholic and proud of it. Oh, and I'm home schooled, too.

My life revolves around ballet, music, coffee, and friends/family. Throw in some photography, some snow, and some homework, and you basically have me.

That's right. That was drawn by Beka

Unlike my co-bloggers, I hate cooking with a passion. But I like food. Food is good. I drink a whole fricken buttload of coffee. Four cups a day is the norm. I'm pretty addicted to my iPhone too.

On this blog, I go by Elle and Helen mostly, though I'm known in other circles as Butterfly, Belle, Marshmelon, Princess, Melon, Belen, Twinkle Toes, Clare, Tweedle Dee, Deedee, and probably a few other nicknames I've forgotten.

I get called a girly-girl and a princess a lot. This probably isn't too far from the truth.

I hate school. I hate academics. I'd rather go free write or take pictures or decorate something. I am currently suffering from a significant case of senioritis. I'm totally not counting the the days 'till summer break. *cough* 91... *cough*

I have an unhealthy obsession with music. I listen to it basically whenever I can without being rude. There's not a lot of stuff I won't listen to, but on my own I tend to gravitate towards Kate Nash, Mat Kearney, Owl City, Paramore, Regina Spektor, Blink 182, Christina Perri, Coldplay, Eminem, Fall Out Boy, Florence + the Machine, He is We, Hellogoodbye, Imogen Heap, Ingrid Michaelson, *pauses, taking a deep breath* Jack Johnson, Keith Urban, The Killers, Lily Allen, Maroon 5, Michael Buble, Parachute, Sara Barielles, The Script, *hangs head in shame* Selena Gomez, and Train. Yeah. It's a lot.

I love dancing, ballet in particular. I love choreographing, cleaning, singing (when nobody's listening), writing, cleaning, taking pictures, editing pictures, talking on the phone, listening to music, flying on airplanes, dressing up, flirting, dyeing my hair, and being generally obnoxious.

I tend to be pretty pessimistic, but I'm getting better about that.

I love my Facebook family to the ends of the earth and back. I have figured out every single relation every person has to me but it's too complicated to explain to others. So I call Rora my granddaughter, Beka my daughter, Bri my daughter in law, and Diego my husband.

Out of my five marriages and three affairs(don't ask), I have to say Diego's been the best. He keeps me sane-ish. I love him to death.

I don't want to grow up.

I have a few other blogs and a Facebook page for my pictures.

The End.
