1) Picture for what I'm feeling...
2) Somebody who made me smile today...
Not to just do a repeat of yesterday but the answer to this one is most definitely Helen and Aurora again. My morning, day and week were made by them.
3)Something to look forward to...
The "Freeing the Poet Inside of You" webinar tomorrow!
4)Near or far future plans...
Meeting my partner to prepare for the next debate.
5)Something to appreciate more...
Parents who let me make my own decisions.
6)Thoughts to share...
I love my inappropriate extended family. How does the internet crash at a freaking college campus?! Why, oh why does the weather have to start acting up again? My chap stick smells and tastes like chai tea. I'm making my hair appointment either today or tomorrow because it IS going to happen. I'm NOT going to chicken out merely because I haven't actually cut my hair for the entire 16 years I've lived on this planet (trimming the ends does not count). I love people who make me chuckle, even though I sound like a guy when I do so. (Lovely image, isn't it?)
7) Q&A
Q. Why do I draw on my hands so often? (I'm asked this nearly everyday)
A. When I draw on my hands it actually is never random, never just "Hey! I think I'll draw some random crap on my hands!" No. If I see some small design somewhere it makes me wonder whether or not I could redraw that design. I don't know about you but I don't typically carry around paper with me but oddly enough I *do* carry around a pen. When I see flowers or pretty clothes they kind of inspire me to draw little images, and I draw them on my hand. Also, it's a way for me to think about things. Drawing on my hands helps me to concentrate on certain things (obviously not reading) but when I have a particularly tough homework assignment that I have no idea how to do. I draw like so...
